Re-test day 2..

A. 2 rounds for time;
60 Alt Snatch
50 DB Sit Up
40m Single Arm OH Lunge – Compare to 31/03/20

B. 3min DB Complex
10 DB Rows + 5 DB Hang Clean + 5 DB Squat

Spend 3mins working through this complex on the Left Arm and then repeat on the right. Do not let go of the DB for the entire 3minutes.

Rest 2mins – repeat.

A. Squat Clean
5 x 3
Moderate load. Same load across sets.
Aim for speed through the middle and ideal catch position.

B. EMOM x 9
1 Push Press + 2 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk
Moderate load/same load across all sets.
