M2 – 5 Overhead Squats + Hollow hold in time remaining.

B. For time:
15 Squat Clean*
15/10 Cal Row
12 Squat Cleans
15/10 Cal Row
9 Squat Cleans
15/10 Cal Row
6 Squat Cleans
15/10 Cal Row
3 Squat Cleans

* Adv – start at 60% and finish at 95-100%.
Int – add load as far as possible.
