A. 2223 Intervals
In a 2min window
8 Pull Ups
8/6 Cal Air Bike
Max Front Squats 60/42.5kg

Rest 1min between intervals.

Continue until 60 reps are achieved.

Interval 4 is 3mins.

PM’s;
Front Squat from Rack.

B. Odd Objects/Carry

PM’s:
5 x 50m Sled Pull
Rest as needed between sets.

StKilda Barbell

A. Clean Pull
3 x 3 – AHAP

B. Hang Power Clean
Work up to a heavy set of 3
