CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 08/01/2020

A. 3 RFT
40 Single Arm DB Jerks (Alt ev 10 reps)
30 Push Ups
20 DB Box Step Overs (1xDB)
20 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups

B. With a partner; 4 rounds for time and reps;
A – 400m Run
B – Max Distance row

Each athlete will Row & Run twice.
