Snatch Pull
Hang power Snatch
Overhead Squat
Snatch balance

A. EMOM x 16
M 1-5 8-10 x Power Snatch
M 6-11 Rest
M 12-16 Work up to a Heavy Single Snatch*
(5mins – lift at any time)

Int: Power Snatch

20 DB Hang Snatch (Alt every 10 reps)
16 DB Overhead Lunge (Alt at any time)
6 Bar Muscle Ups
