A.Bench Press
5 x 3
(Every 1:15)

B. 3 x 5min AMRAP;
10 Lateral Burpee over Bar
5 Power Cleans

Rest 3:00 between AMRAP’s.

Set 1- 70/50kg
Set 2- 80/55kg
Set 3- 90/60kg

PM’s:
B. 8 burpee variations
(Squat Thrust + Squat Jump = 1 rep)
8 med ball slams
