M1 – 10 Strict Toes 2 Bar
M2 – 15/10* Burpee to Target

A. 10-8-6-4-2 Overhead squat (from rack)
Thrusters from rack
After each set perform 30 ball taps or lateral weight plate jumps (choose height)
M1 – 10 wide grip Australian bar pull up (set grip slightly wider then your clean grip)
M2 – 15/10 Dead ball slams
