A. For time:
10-8-6-4-2
Snatch 42.5/30kg

Directly into:

2-4-6-8-10
Thrusters 42.5/30kg

After each set perform 30 Double Unders.

B. EMOM x 10
M1 – 10 Strict Toes 2 Bar
M2 – 15/10* Burpee to Target

*This is not M/F. You pick the number you want to hit.

PM’s

A. 10-8-6-4-2 Overhead squat (from rack)
Thrusters from rack
After each set perform 30 ball taps or lateral weight plate jumps (choose height)

B.
M1 – 10 wide grip Australian bar pull up (set grip slightly wider then your clean grip)
M2 – 15/10 Dead ball slams
