CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 01/02/2020

A. In teams of 4: 5 rounds for max reps;
60s Max Wall Balls
60s Max Air Bike Calories
60s Max DB Push Press (2 x DB)
60s Max Double Unders
60s Rest

All athletes will start at a station and rotate each 60s. All athletes will rest at Min5.

Score is total reps combined for the team.

B. In teams of 4;
50 Synchro* Thrusters
*Synchro at bottom of squat and lockout.
Every time you break perform 5 synchro push up.

StKilda Barbell

A. EMOM x 12
M1-3: 5 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
M4-6: 4 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats
M7-9: 3 Power Snatch + 4 Overhead Squats
M10-12 2 Power Snatch + 5 Overhead Squats
AHAP across all sets.

B. Establish a heavy single Overhead Squat.
