Laneway

1 Squat Snatch
Rest 15s
1 Squat Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

B. For time
30 Power Snatch

Working 20s On/10s off until you have completed all 30 reps.

At Home

A. 6min AMRAP
1 Air Squat
1 Sit Up
2 Air Squats
2 Sit Ups
3 + 3 etc.

Get as far as possible in 6mins.

B. For time:
40 DB Squat Clean (20 E/S)
40m Handstand Walk
30 DB Squat Snatch (15 E/S)
30 Handstand Push Ups

Rest 10mins then:

30 Handstand Push Ups
30 DB Squat Snatch (15 E/S)
40m Handstand Walk
