2-3-4-5-6 etc
Chest 2 Bar*
Thruster 40/30kg

Rest 90s btw sets.

Start each new amrap back at 2.

Rest 10mins, then:

B. 2 rounds for time;
12 Bar Muscle Ups
12 Front Squats 70/50kg

*Pull Ups for B should be more technical than used in A.
