A. Front Squat
7 x 3
Same load across all sets.
Adv – 75-80% 1RM

B. For time and working Indian file with a partner, complete 4 rounds each of:
6 Back Squats 60/45kg – 50/35kg – or Pick load. (Bar taken from floor)
8 HSPU>>Push Ups
48 Double Unders

Athletes can only move forward when the station ahead is clear.
