The second last WOD from the Road comes from Dogtown.

Many of you will recognise the famous green logo wall at Dogtown. In about a week Dusty and the crew are moving to a new location close by in Culver City, so it was great to get in and train at what is in many ways an iconic CrossFit gym.

Dusty coaches Noah Olsen, Lindsey Valenzuela amongst many other amazing athletes.

Warm Up

400m Run
6 Inchworm Push Ups (walk hands out/push up/walk hands back)
8 V-Ups
10 Air Squats

A. Power Snatch
Increase weight each set.

B. 4 Rounds for time:
15 x DB Push Press 1/3 BodyWeight
200m Run
15 x DB Front Squat 1/3 BodyWeight
Adv 1/2 Bodyweight
