CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 30/05/2016

A. Push Jerk. (From rack)
7 x 2 – AHAP
Same load across all sets.

B. Push Press
2 x 60seconds max reps @ 50% PartA
Rest 60seconds betweens

C. With a partner, complete the following for time:
20-15-10
Cal Row
12-9-6
Power Cleans 70/55kg

On 3-2-1 GO, Partner A will complete the 20Cal Row and then the 12 Power Cleans. Partner B, can start the 20Cal Row as soon as P1 completes the 20Cals. Continue in this order until all reps are complete.
