A. Pause Back Squat

3 x 5 with 8 Second pause at bottom.

B. In teams of 3: 20Min AMRAP

1 x Back Squat

1 x Push Press

1 x Deadlift

3Bars will be set up, teams mates will cycle though each barbell movement continuously.

Weights cannot be changed throughout workout.
