We hope everyone had a great Xmas Day with family and loved ones. We had 40people get along to our annual CFSK Xmas WODs with sweat, smiles and beer!

In 15mins work up and establish a weight for 3 mod sets of 5 for your DL.
B. Power Clean
In 12 mins work up in weight across 5 sets of 1 rep for your Power Clean.
Between sets, warm up your Pull Up for PartC.
