A. Oly/Strength – Push Jerk (from rack)

Adv – Add load each set.
Int/Beg – Same load across all sets.
B. Conditioning – Complete for time:
10-1 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups>> Pull Ups>> Jumping Pull Ups
1-10 Clean and Jerks 50/35kg
On 3-2-1 Go, you will complete 10 C2B + 1 C&J, you will then move onto 9 C2B + 2 C&J. Continue in this order.
