Min 1 – 10 WTD Pistol Squats
Min 2 – 10 Toes 2 Bar

B. Front Squat
4 x 12
AHAP – Same load across all sets
Rest exactly 90s between sets.

C. For time:
30-25-20-15-10
Box Jumps 24/20″
Run 100m after each set.
