A. 5 x 3 Hang Squat Clean

Same load across all sets.  Bar can be taken from High or Low hang.

In between sets accrue 75 banded good mornings.

Rest 90-120seconds between sets.

B. “DT”

5 Rounds for time of:

12 Deadlifts (70kg/50kg)
9 Hang Power Cleans (70kg/50kg)
6 Push Jerks (70kg/50kg)
