Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 Handstand Push-Ups
2 Toes to Bar
4 Handstand Push-Ups
4 Toes to Bar
6 Handstand Push-Ups
6 Toes to Bar

Continue with this rep scheme adding 2 reps each round.

On ‘GO’ complete 5 burpees and complete 5 burpees Every 2 minutes.
