Min 2 8/10/12 Box Jump Overs 24/20″ (must land on box)
Min 3 15m Double KB (front rack) Walking Lunge 24/16kg
Min 4 100m Run

A. Halting (Pause) Squat Clean
5 x 2
Pause for 2seconds at knee.

B. EMOTM x 15
Clean and Jerk at 75-80% 1RM Jerk.
