A. Strength – Strict Press
Adv 7 x 2
Int 7 x 3
Beg 7 x 5
Same load across all sets.

B. Strength – Push Press
Adv 5 x 2
Int 5 x 3
Beg 5 x 5
Same load across all sets.

C. Conditioning – 3 x 3min AMRAP
5 Air Squats
5 Push Ups
5 Toes 2 Bar

Rest 60seconds between each AMRAP.

Start each AMRAP where you finished the last.

Score is total rounds and reps.
