Today we say a sad Adios, a massive thanks and an envious safe travels to Karson aka: Karfy aka: Karfe Diem.

Karson has trained with us since August and its been awesome having him amongst the crew, throwing heavy stuff around and generally just having a shit tonne of fun.

Karson’s plan is to head to Bali for some more sun and to work on his bottom turn, before he heads back to home in Valleycliffe, BC, Canada.

From all the coaches and all the crew you’ve trained with, we’re gonna miss you mate. Thanks and stay radical Karfy.
