Max Deadball Cleans + Plank Hold
A – DBall Clean (over shoulder)
B – Plank Hold
Alternate at any time.

Rest 4mins, then:

B. 12min AMRAP
Max Distance Deadball Carry (80m Shuttle) + Wall Squat/Squat Hold
A – DBall Carry
B – WSH
Alternate every 80m.

Rest 4mins, then:

C. 12min AMRAP
Max Deadball Squat + Hollow Hold
A – DBall Squat
B – HH
Alternate at any time.
