WOMEN’S HEALTH & FITNESS COACHING

30min| 45min| 1 hour PT sessions | seven days per week 
Exercise programs designed specifically for women moving into motherhood. We focus on functional movements that support the goal of birth to prepare for the unknown and unknowable. This includes pelvic floor, breath & flow, posterior activation, interval training, strength and endurance using a variety of exercises and equipment.

We also offer programs that focus on returning to exercise in the postpartum. We treat this period as active recovery and work to strengthen and support your body as it transitions back into group fitness.
