Weightlifting is one of the most technically difficult aspects of CrossFit, which is why CFSK offers classes solely focused on developing the correct technique for a range of Olympic lifts.
Perfect beginners through to advanced athletes, weightlifting sessions first emphasise movement efficiency and safety, and then focus on the skills and knowledge necessary to push weights higher and faster, in strength sessions and in WODs. Work in small groups toward a PB or just general confidence moving under the bar, in an encouraging environment.
