MOBILITY CLASSES

Mobility is an essential part of preparation for training.  For thirty minutes every evening, CFSK runs mobility classes in order to help our members stay pain free in workouts, recover faster, decrease muscle soreness, and have a bit of fun.  Using lacrosse balls, foam rollers, bands and other equipment, our coaches employ trigger point release techniques, stretching, and relaxation methods to help our members become more supple.

To increase your flexibility in order to hit those movement standards, to decrease pain associated with injury, or to just become a more complete athlete, come hang out at our mobility sessions.
