HOW TO START AT CROSSFIT ST.KILDA
If you are thinking about trying CrossFit for the first time, we welcome you to sign up for our Introduction to CrossFit sessions. Experience the CrossFit St. Kilda approach to fitness, in a small group of four or less, whilst learning the essential CrossFit movements. Sample a typical CrossFit workout of the day, or WOD, learn all of the relevant scaling options to complete a workout, and get to know the “misfit” philosophy of our highly experienced CrossFit StKilda coaches.
Our introduction to CrossFit StKilda sessions are a two-hour program held each Saturday, from 12:30 to 2:30pm.
We welcome anyone, of any current fitness level and any background, to explore how we move, what we expect during a training session, and what the unique community at CrossFit St. Kilda has to offer.
