Our speciality is in not specialising. CrossFit St. Kilda programs using the principles of functional fitness and includes all elements of CrossFit: weightlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight movements, and so on. We use strength and conditioning to increase overall fitness as well as preparedness for the unknown and unknowable.
CFSK runs hour long, CrossFit style WODs (workout of the day) seven days per week, at a variety of times. Introductory sessions are required for all new members prior to joining the mainstream classes.
