Our speciality is in not specialising. CrossFit St.Kilda programs using the principles of functional fitness and includes the key elements of CrossFit: weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. We use strength and conditioning to increase overall fitness as well as preparedness for the unknown and unknowable.
CFSTK runs hour long, CrossFit WODs (workout of the day) seven days per week, at a variety of times. Introductory sessions are required for all new members prior to joining the main training group.
