CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 28/02/18

A. EMOM x 15
M1-5 Back Squat x 4 @ 70-80% 1RM
M6-10 Back Squat x 3 @ 80%+
M11-15 Back Squat x 2 @ 90%+

B. Death by 10m shuttle sprint.

*Place two cones 10m part. Sprint 10m the 1st minute. 20m the 2nd minute. 30m the 3rd minute, etc, etc. Continue in this manner until you fail to sprint the required distance in the appropriate minute.
