50 Burpee Pull Ups*
A.1 For time:
50 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24″/20″
A.2 For time:
50 Bar Facing Burpees
*Rest 5 minutes between each workout.
Scale to 40reps
Burpee to 6’ Target
Step or Jump to plank with hands on Box (low or high) + push up + Step or jump to standing + Air Squat + Specific Task.
A – Burpee Variation to Target. (No Box Jump)
A.1 Burpee Variation + BJ Over/BX Step Over
A.2 Burpee Variation + DeadBall Slam
