M2 – 6 Front Squats

Add load min 4 & 8

PM: Same load across all sets

B. For time;
21 Front Rack Lunges 60/42.5kg
21 KB Swings 32/24kg
400m Run
15 Front Rack Lunges
15 KB Swings
400m Run
9 Front Rack Lunges
9 KB Swings
400m Run

PM:
Swap Run for Air Bike if required.

Open Gym 11am-12.
