CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 23/05/19

A.Back Squat Wave
Set #1 – 4 Reps
Set #2 – 2 Reps
Set #3 – 4 Reps
Set #4 – 2 Reps
Set #5 – 4 Reps
Set #6 – 2 Reps
Rest 2:00 between sets. Increase load from 13/05

Today the aim is to add load on each set of 2. The sets of 4 stay constant.

A.1 Barbell Reverse Lunges
2 Sets of 14
Rest 2:00 between sets. Increase load from 13/05

B. EMOM x 10
15 Unbroken Wall Balls 9/7kg

The aim is to pick the weight that ensures you go UB for all 10sets.
