A. 15m AMRAP of:
21 GHD sit-ups
14 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Jerks

Use a single, heavy dumbbell and alternate arms each rep.

B. With a partner: 3 rounds for max reps:
A – 20 Cal Row
B – Max DeadBall Cleans
Alternate every 20cals.
