A. In teams of 4:
150 Cal Air Bike
200 Box Jumps 24/20”
150 Cal Row
200 Burpees

Teams can break these reps any way, in any order. Two athletes working at a time on any movements. Both athletes must alternate at the same time.

StKilda Barbell

A. Clean & Jerk
10 x 1+1 @ 90-95% 1RM

Rest as needed between lifts.

B. Power Clean
10 x 1 @ 90-95%

Rest as needed between lifts.
