A. In teams of 2, 20min AMRAP of:
15 Kettlebell Swings 32/24kg
15 Burpees

*Person A does 15 swings and 15 burpees, then Person B does the 15 swings and 15 burpees.

B. Handstand Walk
Spend the remainder of the session working on your HSWALK.

A. Deadlift
12-12-12
Add load each set.

B. Clean Pull + Power Clean + Front Squat
