In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
1977m Row
92 Shoulder to Overhead 42.5/30kg
1977m Run
92 Alternating Pistol Squats
1977m Row
92 Thrusters 42.5/30kg

In 2016 Queenie turned 90 so we had 90reps. 2017 91 reps. 2018 92reps…

Reps must be split evenly across both athletes, if a 1977m run divides into 2 that is? You guys will figure it out.

This year I have modified the workout so it actually fits within the 60min training model..

It should still suck…
