A. Clean & Jerk
In 10mins work up a Heavy single.(Not a MAX!)
B. 2 x 5min AMRAP of:
4 Squat Cleans 80/60kg
3 Push Jerks 80/60kg
2 Rope Climbs, 15 ft.
*Rest 5 minutes between AMRAPs.
A. 3 x 3 Thruster from rack
B. 4 Front squats from rack
3 Push jerk from rack
2 Pull from floor to stand lower to floor
