Sets 4-6 x 4 @ 75%
Sets 7-9 x 5 @ 70%
Sets 10-12 x 4 @ 75%
Sets 13-15 x 3 @ 80%

B. 12m AMRAP
26 Double Unders
6 Alt Pistols
26 Double Unders
8 Alt Pistol Squats
26 Double Unders
10 Alt Pistol Squats

Continue in this order, adding 2 Pistol Squats each round.
