A. 4 Rounds, each for time of:
15 Deadlifts 70/47.5kg
12 Hang Power Cleans
9 Push Jerks
*Rest 5 minutes between rounds.
Know your pacing and Barbell cycling. These rounds are BIGGER than DT rounds so to move through this workout well you must know your BBell cycling and choose the correct weight to match.
Pick a weight that allows you to break only once in each movement and also link into the next movement.
Example: 12 DL break 3 DL + 7 HPC break 5 HPC + 5 Jerks break 4 Jerks, This actually makes each BB set: 12/10/10/4.
