9 Kettle Bell Swings 24/16kg
6 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24″/20″
3 L-Sit Pull-ups
Pick a scaling for this workout so you can go unbroken for each movement.
The goal would be to rest ionkly when you transition between movements.
B. Tempo Front Squat
3 x 5 @ 53X1
Same load across all sets.
