A. ‘God Save The Queen’
In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
1977m Run
93 Alternating Pistol Squats
1977m Row
93 Shoulder to Overhead 42.5/30kg
1977m Run
93 Air Squats
1977m Row
93 Thrusters 42.5/30kg

The Sex Pistols released God Save The Queen in 1977, hence the distance of the run and row..

When we first did this workout, Queenie turned 90 so we had 90reps. Now she is 3years older so therefore we have 93 reps..

And the rest is history.
