A. Deadlift

Between sets perform: 12 Toes 2 Bar/Kipping Straight Leg Raise

B. Every 7mins x 4
15 Calorie Row
12 Power Cleans 60/42.5kg
9 Calorie Air Bike
6 Squat Clean 60/42.5kg
