CrossFit StKilda Workout Of The Day 07/08/2018

A. Overhead Squat
15-12-9-6-3
Add load each set.
Rest 2mins between sets.

B. For time:
40 Wall Balls 9/7kg
50 Double Unders
60 Alt Pistol Squats
50 Double Unders
40 Wall Balls

This workout will be a grind for the WB’s and Pistols. Scale so your last set of WB’s is broken into NO MORE than 4sets. (10/10/10/10?)

Don’t be afraid to reduce the weight of the WB and find the grind!
