A. Overhead Squat
12-9-6-3
Add load each set.

B. Teams of 2, complete for time;
Partner 1- Max Row (metres)
Partner 2 – 20 Thrusters 35/25kg

Alternate every 20 thrusters. Continue alternating until rower hits 2000m.
