15-12-9 reps of:
Clean and Jerk
This workout is for load. Like the Bear Complex.
You may touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip at the floor is a foul and the set is incomplete.
No dumping of barbells. Use same load for each set, as heavy as possible.
Rest as needed between sets.
There is a 20m time-cap. Use all of it.
