A. Back Squat
Set 1 x 5 reps @ 75%
Set 2 x 4 reps @ 80%
Set 3 x 3 reps @ 85%
Set 4-6 x 2 reps @ 90% +

A.1 Back Squat
60seconds Max reps @ 75%

B. For time:
400m Zercher Carry – use Sandbags, Slam Balls, loaded/empty Barbell.
Anytime the load is put down you must re-start with 5 x Zercher Front Squats
