Morgan, as you may have noticed, is the creative WoD go-to-guy. The morning crew witness him take his private clients through the most grueling of workouts. What Morgan can do with a sandbag, rope and kettlebell is beyond belief.

Jules keeps us all mobile and moving correctly. He also takes WoDs and an awesome Elements class where he gets to unleash his passion for correct movement and proper posture on our newbies.
